Matcha Latte


1/2 cup unsweetened plain soy milk (or almond or coconut milk)
1/2 – 1 tsp organic matcha powder
1/4 cup warm water
honey or coconut palm sugar or sweetener of choice

  1. Spoon the matcha powder into a big mug. 

  2. Add warm water and stir briskly until the mixture is lump-free.

  3. Add warmed milk (microwave beforehand for 60-90 sec) and stir well. 

  4. Taste and add additional milk and/or sweetener as desired.
