1.What to do if there is a problem with the product ?
We take pride in the quality of our superfoods. Besides being tested before releasing for sale, we only source from suppliers (from the product’s country of origin) that have good reputation and that we have built trust with over the years. At Nature’s Superfoods, our customers and Superfriends are important to us. Hence, in the unlikely event there is a problem with the product (for example an unusual taste or consistency that is not characteristic of the product or presence of foreign matter among the product in the packaging), and the product has not passed its expiration date, please email us at [email protected] with pictures showing the defect , the lot number and the order date information. Where the defect cannot be observed through pictures, please bring the product in person to our wholesale store (at 12 Arumugam Road, LTC Building B, #03-09), along with the original product packaging and receipt.
Upon confirmation by Nature’s Superfoods that the product is defective, Nature’s Superfoods will offer a replacement of the same product (or a better equivalent, if the same product is not available) or a full refund, if the product is out of stock. We take every complaint/feedback seriously and as per our standard QC procedure, we will investigate every case with our suppliers. It is very important to us that our customers get a high standard of quality for all our products.
Please note that all products are sold on an as-is basis and are not refundable, except when confirmed defective by Nature’s Superfoods. Please note that as our products are 100% natural agricultural produce, colours, tastes, sizes or texture may vary slightly from harvest to harvest and from time to time.
As Singapore’s weather is hot and humid, these conditions are generally unfavorable for long-term storage of organic foods that are without preservatives, such as our superfoods. Hence, we recommend adhering to the storage conditions as stated on the product packaging. Pls feel free to enquire with us if in doubt.
For products delivered in a damaged condition (due to mishandling during shipping), please call us at 68415476 as soon as possible, with pictures of the damaged products and of the external carton containing the products. We will replace them asap without extra charge.
2. What to do if you change your mind after making a purchase ?
It’s okay to change your mind. As part of our service to customers, we accept returns of the products in their original unopened condition at our wholesale store (Arumugam Road) and customers can exchange the product for other Nature’s Superfoods products of equal value, or pay the price difference, if of higher value. We apologize that we will not be able to give cash refunds in this case.
Do note that no exchange is allowed if the Best Before date of the product is less than 9 months from the date of exchange.
All exchanges must be effected within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by the receipt. If no receipt is produced, we will look into each matter on a case by case basis and decide on the appropriate remedy.
Nature’s Superfood reserves the right to restrict or refuse returns, refunds, and exchanges.
