The Sacha Inchi plant is native to the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. The seeds are not edible in its raw form, hence they are usually roasted. Our Omega Sacha Seeds have been dry-roasted to nutty, crunchy perfection. The controlled roasting process also improves the digestibility of the seeds.
