Anti-Aging Matcha Bowl

Ingredients
2 Frozen Ripe bananas
1 Cup of Fresh coconut flesh
1/2 Avocado
1 Fresh coconut’s liquid (water) 100ml to 150ml less liquid thicker smoothie
2 Handful of baby spinach
1 or 2 Teaspoons of Matcha powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
3 Medjool dates OR opt for 2 Tablespoons of Yacon syrup

Preparation Method
Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth and serve chilled!!
OPTIONAL: Top with coconut sprinkles &/or mulberries
