Banana Muesli Pancake


2 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
2/4 Cups of Nature’s Superfoods Muesli Porridge
Baking Powder
1/2 a Banana + Nature’s Superfoods Goji Berries for Topping

Nature’s Superfoods Coconut Oil for Cooking


Preparation Method

  1. Mash 1.5 ripe bananas into a paste.
  2. Add 2 whole eggs and 1tsp of baking soda and mix well
  3. Add 1/2 cup muesli porridge and incorporate into a batter
  4. Use 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil to coat a non stick pan and heat on low heat
  5. Cook for approx 70-90s each side
  6. Slice the remaining 0.5 banana and top it on top of the pancakes along with goji berries and serve immediately
