No-Bake Matcha Protein Balls


3/4 cup Nature’s Superfoods Quinoa Cereal Flakes
1/2 cup Natural Almond Butter
2 tbsp Raw Organic Honey
3 tbsp Nature’s Superfoods Matcha Protein Powder
3 tbsp of Almond Milk
Crushed / Chopped Nature’s Superfoods Sacha Seeds


Preparation Method

  1. Place quinoa cereal flakes, almond butter, honey, protein powder & almond milk in a large bowl and stir to combine.

  2. Getting the mixture to combine well requires a lot of time & muscle.

  3. Use a spoon or mini scoop and form the mixture into ping pong size balls. Makes 10 balls.
  4. Chop up sacha seeds and coat it over the protein balls.
