Superfood Cereal Probiotic + Prebiotic Yoghurt Cups


1 – 1.5 cups of Unsweetened Greek Yoghurt
1/3 – 1/2 cup of Nature’s Superfoods Purple Corn-Quinoa-Mulberries Cereal Mix
Nature’s Superfoods Yacon Syrup
Fresh Fruits, Cut (Optional)

  1. Depending on how big your muffin cup/tin is, fill each cup with a helping of Greek yoghurt then mix in ⅓ -1 tsp of prebiotic Yacon Syrup for sweetness (as desired).

  2. Add some cereal on the top.

  3. Place the cup/tin in the freezer for 2 hours or until solid.

  4. Add some cut fresh fruit on the side! (optional) Enjoy!!
