Raw Cacao Chocolate Pie

Crust ingredients:
50g brown rice
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
20g blanched almonds
20g arrowroot starch
10g potato starch
2 dates
1/4 tsp salt
25g Coconut Oil
1 egg

Filling ingredients:
1 can full-fat coconut milk (author used 270ml ayam brand)
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder @naturesuperfoods
1 tbsp corn starch
50g gluten-free chocolate (author used enjoy life food brand)
2 tbsp Raw Honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp agar agar powder

Crust instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Blend rice and chia seeds on high for about a min
3. Add almond and dates and continue blending for another 30 seconds
4. Add arrowroot, potato starch, salt and oil, blend to mix well
5. Add egg to make dough malleable
6. Place dough between 2 pieces of baling paper and roll it thin
7. Carefully remove top layer and place it in a 24cm tart tin
8. Bake for 12-15 mins

Instructions:
1. Add all liquid items into a saucepan and warm it up over a stove
2. Add in the rest of the dry items and let agar agar dissolve and cook. Leave it to boil for 30 seconds.
3. Pour the mixture I to the baked crust and let it set in the fridge for at least 4 hours
4. Garnish with fruits or your favourite toppings and enjoy.
