Muesli Porridge with Cashew Milk

Ingredients

200ml Water
40g Soaked Cashew Nuts
5 Tbsp Nature’s Superfoods Muesli Porridge
1/2 Mashed Banana

Preparation Method

  1. Using high powered blender, Blend 200 ml water + 40g soaked cashew nuts until smooth and creamy (no need to strain or heated to a boiling point)
  2. In a bowl, add 5 Tbsp of Muesli porridge, 1/2 mashed banana and pour the cashew milk to the thickness that you desire.
  3. Enjoy this great morning!
