Raw Cacao-Virgin Coconut Oil Fudge


2 tbsp Nature’s Superfoods Raw Cacao Powder
1-2 tbsp Nature’s Superfoods Coconut Palm Sugar (according to desired sweetness)
1- 11/2 tbsp Nature’s Superfoods Virgin Coconut Oil (add 1 tbsp first to try out thickness)
1/3 teaspoon Nature’s Superfoods Activated Maca Powder
Crushed nuts (optional)


Preparation Method

  1. Melt coconut palm sugar with a little warm water (just a little will do) in a cup/small bowl. Stir into a paste.
  2. Next, mix in Cacao powder and Virgin Coconut Oil together, stir well to make a dark cacao-coconut oil paste. (You can add in maca powder and/or crushed nuts at this point if you wish )
  3. Ready to serve! – as a bread spread, fudge over ice-creams,desserts/cakes, fondue for fruits like strawberries, banana, etc or even on its own as a dessert.
