Cacao-Chia Pudding

1. 1/2 cup organic chia seeds

2. 1 1/2 cups milk or plant-based milk

3. 1 tsp raw unpasteurised honey

4. 1/4 cup organic cacao powder

5. 1 tsp organic raw/sweet raw cacao nibs


Preparation Method

1. To a shaker bottle, add the chia seeds and milk. Shake the bottle for a minute to ensure chia seeds gel up.

2. Add the honey and cacao powder to the shaker bottle and continue shaking for 30 seconds.

3. Place chia pudding in a bowl and top with some cacao nibs before serving.
