No-Bake Energy Bites


12 pitted dates
1/3 cup plant-based protein powder
1/4 cup cacao powder 
1/4 cup peanut Butter 
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 salt

1. Blend all the ingredients on high speed for around 1 minute
2. Add 2 tablespoons of water and blend again for around 1 minutes or until well combined 
3. Form it into your desired shapes: We like ours walnut-size 
4. Optional garnish: Roll balls in desiccated coconut, cacao nibs, cacao powder or your favourite toppings
