Veggies & Beans
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup boiled red kidney beans
- 1/4 cup white quinoa
- Red and yellow bell pepper, cubed Onion and garlic, chopped Broccoli, cut bite size
- Seasoning blend, I used Mr. Dash brand from @fairpricesg
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
- Heat a large pan to medium. Add the onion, garlic, Sauté until the onions are slightly browned.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers and a dash of seasoning blend, cook until vege soften.
- Stir in red bean followed by cooked quinoa.
- Season with salt, Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve hot.
