  1. Coconut oil for greasing from @naturesuperfoods
  2. tapioca roots, peeled and cut into chunks.
  3. Coconut Palm Sugar from @naturesuperfoods
  4. 80g water
  5. 100 g coconut milk
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 3 pandan leaves
  8. Grated fresh coconut to garnish


Preparation Method

  1. Grease round steaming tray with coconut oil
  2. Place tapioca chunks into food processor, blend with high speed for 1 minute.
  3. Add coconut palm sugar, water, coconut milk and salt. Mix with food processor until all well combine around 1 minute.
  4. Steamed around 40 minutes with pandan leaves
  5. Allow to cool and cut into bite size and rolled in grated coconut.
