Plant Protein Cake with Sacha Seeds


6 Tbsp Nature’s Superfoods Plant Protein Powder
6 Tbsp Nature’s Superfoods Instant Quinoa Powder
2 Medium Eggs
100ml Water
(You may add Nature’s Superfoods Cacao Powder / Nature’s Superfoods Matcha Powder for this receipe)


1 Medium Banana
1 handful Nature’s Superfoods Sacha Inchi Seeds
1 Tbsp Nature’s Superfoods Raw Cacao Nibs


Preparation Method

  1. Add the protein powder, quinoa cereal, eggs, water into a bowl. 
  2. Whisk and mix until a thick batter is formed.
  3. Pour the batter into rice cooker. Cook for 10 mins.
  4. Top up with your favorite fresh fruits/ Superfoods bites!
