Plant Protein Cake with Sacha Seeds


6 Tbsp Plant Protein Powder
6 Tbsp Instant Quinoa Powder
2 medium eggs
100ml water
(You may add Cacao Powder/ Matcha Powder for this receipe)


1 medium banana
1 handful sacha inchi seeds
1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs


Preparation Method

  1. Add the protein powder, quinoa cereal, eggs, water into a bowl. 
  2. Whisk and mix until a thick batter is formed.
  3. Pour the batter into rice cooker. Cook for 10 mins.
  4. Top up with your favorite fresh fruits/ Superfoods bites!
