Chia Quinoa Pudding


1 cup Nature’s Superfoods White Quinoa

1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond / Coconut Milk

1/4  cup Unsweetened Natural Greek Yogurt

1 Tbsp Nature’s Superfoods Chia Seeds

1 teaspoon of Nature’s Superfoods Yacon Syrup


Preparation Method

  1. Start with cooking quinoa. Cooked quinoa can last for a few adys in the refrigerator. Save time on cooking quinoa by cooking a little bit more ach time and store leftover quinoa in fridge to last a few more meals.
  2. Mix all the ingredients above together in a glass jar/bowl. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, remove from fridge, top off with your favourite fruit and nuts. Enjoy!
