1 cup Pitted Dates (If hard, soak in boiled water for a few minutes)
1½ cup Ground Raw Cashews (or substitute with Crushed Nature’s Superfoods Sacha Seeds for those with nut allergies)
¼ cup Nature’s Superfoods Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Extra Coconut Shavings for Coating
Nature’s Superfoods White Mulberries (optional)
- Add the pitted dates, salt and vanilla extract to a food processor until smooth.
- Then add the cacao powder and ground cashews or sacha seeds and blend again until a stick dough is formed.
- Roll out tablespoon sized balls and coat in the extra coconut shavings. Enjoy!
FUN TIP: Press in a couple of mulberries into the center of the balls as “filling”
