Cacao Amazeballs

1 cup pitted dates (If hard soak in boiled water for a few minutes)
1½ cup ground raw cashews (or substitute with crushed sacha seeds for those with nut allergies)
¼ cup raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Extra coconut shavings for coating
Mulberries (optional)


Preparation Method

  1. Add the pitted dates, salt and vanilla extract to a food processor until smooth.
  2. Then add the cacao powder and ground cashews or sacha seeds and blend again until a stick dough is formed.
  3. Roll out tablespoon sized balls and coat in the extra coconut shavings. Enjoy!

FUN TIP: Press in a couple of mulberries into the center of the balls as “filling”
