Matcha Protein Mug Cake
22g (1½ Tbsp) All-Purpose Flour
10g (½ Tbsp) Nature’s Superfoods Matcha Protein Powder
1 Tsp Nature’s Superfood Culinary Matcha Powder
¼ Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Nature’s Superfood Coconut Sugar
3 Tbsp Almond Milk
½ Tbsp Nature’s Super Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Grease a small cereal bowl or deep mug with coconut oil and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein powder, matcha powder, baking powder and coconut sugar and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk the almond milk and pour into the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
Microwave for 60 seconds and remove from microwave and enjoy immediately.
