Matcha Protein Mug Cake
22g (1½ Tbsp) all-purpose flour
10g (½ Tbsp) Matcha Protein Powder
1 Tsp Premium Matcha powder
¼ Tsp Baking powder
1 Tbsp Coconut sugar
3 Tbsp almond milk
½ Tbsp Culinary Virgin Coconut Oil
Grease a small cereal bowl or deep mug with coconut oil and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein powder, matcha powder, baking powder and coconut sugar and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk the almond milk and pour into the dry mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
Microwave for 60 seconds and remove from microwave and enjoy immediately.
