Ingredients

Nature’s Superfoods Coconut Oil for greasing
500g Tapioca Root, peeled and cut into chunks
100g Nature’s Superfoods Coconut Palm Sugar
80g water
100g Coconut Milk
1 tsp Sea Salt
3 Pandan Leaves
Grated Fresh Coconut to garnish

Preparation Method

  1. Grease round steaming tray with coconut oil.
  2. Place tapioca chunks into food processor, blend with high speed for 1 minute.
  3. Add coconut palm sugar, water, coconut milk and salt. Mix with food processor until all well combine around 1 minute.
  4. Steamed around 40 minutes with pandan leaves.
  5. Allow to cool and cut into bite size and rolled in grated coconut.
