Spicy Ayurdevic Sunflower Sprinkles

1 1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds (optional: pre-soaked)
1 Teaspoon  Nature’s Superfoods Turmeric Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cardamon
1 Tablespoon Nature’s Superfoods Extra Virgin Coconut Oil


Preparation Method

Mix seeds with all the spices and coconut well. Enjoy!!

If you wish to soak the seeds: Add in the seeds with 8 cups of water and salt in a large glass/stainless steel bowl.
Leave them to soak for 2-8 hours. Once done, remove liquid and strain, rinse a few times, once done, allow to dry.

Option 1: Bake in your oven for 35-40min at around 100 Degrees. Make sure you place non-stick paper underneath when baking slowly. Continuously mix the seeds around to ensure they are baked all over.
