1 1/2 Cup of Macadamia Almond Brazil Milk (DIY)
1 Teaspoon of Yacon Syrup
2 Dark Purple Plums
2 Dried Figs
1 Cup Coconut flesh
1 Teaspoon of flaxseed meal
1/2 Teaspoon Serving of one of our Superfood Powder Blends
