Golden Milk with Turmeric, Ceylon Cinnamon, Ginger

big cup coconut milk or almond milk
1/2 tsp Nature’s Superfoods Organic Turmeric Powder
1/3 tsp Nature’s Superfoods Organic Ginger Powder
1/3 tsp Nature’s Superfoods Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
pinch of black pepper
1 tsp Organic Raw Honey (as desired)

  1. Heat a cup of milk to almost boiling in the microwave (about 60-90sec for a cup)

  2. Add turmeric powder, ginger powder, ceylon cinnamon powder.  Stir well

  3. Add pinch of black pepper and some honey if needed.

  4. Stir well, and enjoy!
