How To Enjoy Rolled Oats:

1. For 1 serving: Combine 1/2 cup (48g) oats with 1 cup hot water or hot milk or hot coffee. If you use cold milk, soak for a while for softer texture. Stir well, enjoy!

2. Make overnight oats with cold milk, sweetened with honey or coconut sugar or zero-calorie monk fruit/allulose sweeteners. Soak overnight in the fridge. It makes a quick pleasant breakfast for the whole family the next morning!


To add Omega 3s: Stir in 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds, let sit for a few minutes.


To add vitamins & natural sweeteners: Add 1 cupped handful of cut banana or berries.
