  1. 10g turmeric powder from @naturesuperfoods
  2. 100g organic coconut palm sugar @naturesuperfoods
  3. 100g tamarind
  4. 1 Lt water


Preparation Method

  1. Heat the mixture over a very low fire until sugar has dissolved. Once boil, turn off the fire.
  2. Wait until the mixture has cooled, strain it into a glass bottle and keep it in the fridge. It should keep for about a week.
