- 10g Nature’s Superfoods Turmeric Powder
- 100g Nature’s Superfoods Coconut Palm Sugar
- 100g Tamarind
- 1 L Water
- Heat the mixture over a very low fire until sugar has dissolved. Once boil, turn off the fire.
- Wait until the mixture has cooled, strain it into a glass bottle and keep it in the fridge. It should keep for about a week.
