Coconut Chia Seed pudding with Avocado

  1. 500g coconut milk
  2. 45g chia seeds from @naturesuperfoods
  3. 1 Tbsp raw honey from @naturesuperfoods
  4. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon from @naturesuperfoods
  5. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Preparation Method:

  1. Mix together chia pudding ingredients and place in fridge to ‘gel’ overnight.
  2. In the morning, top it off with avocado smoothie (optional) and any Superbites of your choice! Eg. coconut flakes, sun-dried figs and organic sun-dried mulberries. Enjoy!!
