Coconut Chia Seed pudding with Avocado
- 500g coconut milk
- 45g chia seeds from @naturesuperfoods
- 1 Tbsp raw honey from @naturesuperfoods
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon from @naturesuperfoods
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix together chia pudding ingredients and place in fridge to ‘gel’ overnight.
- In the morning, top it off with avocado smoothie (optional) and any Superbites of your choice! Eg. coconut flakes, sun-dried figs and organic sun-dried mulberries. Enjoy!!
