The recommended serving of plant protein powder is 3 tablespoons (40 grams) which is one (1) serving. One (1) serving provides approx. 20g of complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids, and approx. 1.3g of Omega 3 and antioxidants. How to consume: Mix 3 tablespoons into 1 cup (approximately 250 mL) of water, juice, plant-based milk, coconut water or your favorite beverage.
