Moringa is considered one of the most nutrient-dense plants on the planet and have been used since ancient times for many health purposes. Definitely one of our favorites, Moringa is Mother Nature's multivitamin superfood with detox benefits. 

A POWERHOUSE OF NUTRIENTS: Contains more than 90 nutrients and 46 types of antioxidants. Moringa is also an excellent whole-food source of vitamin A, B complex, C, D, E, K, folate (folic acid), calcium, iron, potassium, chlorophyll, lutein, various antioxidants, omega fatty acids and protein including all essential amino acids!

How to Enjoy

Moringa leaf powder has a spinach-like taste (typical of greens). It is very versatile, can be consumed any time, and you will find it easy to mix Moringa powder into your everyday foods.

Mix 1 tsp Moringa powder into juices, smoothies, cereals, yogurt, salad dressings, sauces, soups, etc.

We do not recommend cooking with Moringa powder as high temperatures can destroy some of its nutrients. For cooked foods, you can add Moringa powder after the dish is cooked and the temperature has cooled a little.

As Moringa powder is more potent than fresh moringa leaves (about 7 kg of fresh Moringa leaves are required to make 1kg of Moringa powder) and has detox benefits, we recommend starting with just 1 teaspoon.

Recommended daily intake: 2-3 teaspoons. Start with half or 1 teaspoon first (test your body's response to it) and then increase daily.
