Local (Singapore) Delivery Charges

FREE DELIVERY for purchases of SGD45 and above.

For delivery of orders below SGD45, a delivery charge of SGD6.50 per local address applies.

Note: We do not deliver to Sentosa/Jurong Island/Restricted areas.

Delivery Date:

We try our best to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! Deliveries will be made within 3 business days (excl. Sundays and Public Holidays), starting from the following day of your order placement date. Should you not receive your order within 3 business days, pls email us at [email protected]

In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive the parcel, a re-delivery will be schedule by the courier company.

Delivery Time:

Between 9am – 10pm

We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays).

Self-Pickup:

Please present the email confirmation that you received (with order #) for collection of your items at our wholesale office, within 30 calendar days from the date of order placement.

Collection hours:     Mon-Fri (8:45am – 5:30pm). Lunch hour : 12pm-1pm. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Your order will be ready to pick-up by the following working day from the date of order placement. Please call (65) 6841 5476 before coming to arrange for an appointment prior to collection.

International Deliveries

We are sorry. Currently, we are unable to deliver our superfoods directly to end-consumers outside of Singapore. Pls email us at [email protected] should you wish to know if we have any distributors in the country you reside.
