What is the recommended daily serving of Moringa Leaf Powder? How do you consume it?
As Moringa powder is more potent than fresh moringa leaves (about 7 kg of fresh Moringa leaves are required to make 1kg of Moringa powder), we recommend starting with just 1 teaspoon (2g) daily to test your body’s response to it. After which, recommended daily intakes can be increased to 2-3 teaspoons. Due to the slightly spicy, spinach-like taste of Moringa powder, we recommend mixing it into juice or smoothie.
