What is the recommended daily intake of Camu-Camu Berry Powder?
1 – 2 teaspoons (2 full teaspoons has approx. 400-500mg of full spectrum Vitamin C) a day for adults, depending on your daily requirement of Vitamin C (age, gender, lifestyle, condition etc.). It is best to take small amounts throughout the day instead of a full dose in one go. Consuming five (5) varied servings of fruits and vegetables (preferably raw) a day may provide about 200mg of Vitamin C.
