    We recommend checking the nutrition panel on the pack if you are on a low-sugar diet. A half-serving size (about 2-3 tablespoons of granola) will yield less than 5g of sugar – this portion size is suitable for low-sugar diets such as toppings on unsweetened yoghurt.
