Ingredients: 100% Unpasteurized Raw White Honey
- Unpasteurized (Unheated)
- Single Origin
Nature’s Superfoods’ Raw White Honey is whitish in color due to the traditional way it is produced. Brought directly from a family-owned bee farm in Canada, our raw, unpasteurized/unheated and unfiltered Canadian White Honey is harvested straight from the field, taken back to the warehouse, gently strained to remove wax and bee parts, and then frozen for 14 days. Hence, the honey naturally takes the form of a whitish spreadable butter state.WHITE HONEY: Honey is an alkaline-forming food that contains natural vitamins, enzymes, flower pollen, propolis, antioxidants and other important natural nutrients. Our honey is not commercially produced and hence, these good nutrients are not destroyed as they would have been if heated and pasteurized. Our Raw White Honey is harvested from bees that collect nectar from a variety of healthy crop flowers throughout the prairie lands in Canada. Hence, it contains health-giving antioxidants and heady floral flavours of alfalfa, red clover, sweet clover, canola, borage and other wild blooms.
How To Use:
1) Replace empty-calorie white cane sugar with raw honey in beverages.
2) Spread raw honey instead of jam on bread.
How to Store:
Store honey at room temperature or cooler temperatures in tightly closed containers, away from direct sunlight. It is best to minimize temperature fluctuations and avoid storing honey near heat sources.
