ORGANIC SUPER POWERS is specially designed to provide important, bio-available nutrients for active lifestyles, pre-workouts and post-workouts. This superfood mix is also great for those leading busy, challenging lifestyles, or simply to be enjoyed as a quick morning/afternoon pick-me-up.
MACA: High in protein and complex carbs and is abundant in amino acids, phytonutrients, essential fatty acids, vitamins (B1, B2, C & E) and minerals (Calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sulphur, sodium & iron). It is also rich in many bioactive plant compounds.
CACAO: Rich in Flavonoids, Polyphenols, Magnesium, Sulfur, Good Fats, Minerals and Vitamins. Flavonoid antioxidants in cacao have significant benefits for the cardiovascular system. Raw Cacao contains high amounts of bliss nutrients that lift one’s mood, for example PEA – the adrenal-related chemical that our bodies produce when we fall in love, and anandamide – an endorphin that the human body naturally produces after exercise.
CAROB: High in vitamins, such as vitamin A and vitamin B2. Besides that, carob also contains significant amount of calcium, and is caffeine- and virtually fat-free. It is naturally rich in fiber and contain tannins which help to prevent harmful bacterial growth in the intestines.
COCONUT SUGAR: Unrefined, low-GI sugar which provides slow-releasing sustained energy. Diabetic-friendly. In addition, it contains Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6.
QUINOA: High-protein, high-fiber whole grain that contains all 9 essential amino acids (including lysine), B vitamins, folate, calcium, magnesium, a diverse array of antioxidants and many more nutrients; known for its high amount of superior protein (12-18%), which is higher than all other grains (50% more than wheat).
CHIA SEEDS: Packed with Omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and dietary fibre. Chia contains 5 times more calcium than milk, and 34 times more antioxidants than blueberries. The seeds have about 20% of complete protein with all essential amino acids (EFAs) that our body cannot produce on its own.
