Nature’s Superfoods’ Organic Instant Quinoa Breakfast Cereal is a ready-to-eat cereal that boasts superior complete proteins, quality and wholesome nutrition for the whole family. In addition, this cereal is vegan and gluten-free. Unlike most other Quinoa cereal flakes, there is no cooking or soaking required.
Instant Quinoa Cereal is made from whole Quinoa grains which have been cooked, slightly toasted and ‘pressed’. The cereal carries a light, nutty flavor and goes well with any beverage, cereals or morning recipes.
QUINOA: High-protein, high-fiber whole grain that contains all 9 essential amino acids (including lysine), B vitamins, folate, calcium, magnesium, a diverse array of antioxidants and many more nutrients; known for its high amount of superior protein (12-18%), which is higher than all other grains (50% more than wheat). Daily consumption of Quinoa is a good way to reduce risks of inflammation-related problems such as diabetes, hypertension, etc. (including obesity).
Quinoa is also a good source of phosphorous, calcium, iron, magnesium, vitamin A, vitamin E and several of the B vitamins. It is naturally gluten-free and easy to digest and prepare.
