ORGANIC EASY MORNINGS is designed to be a quick fibre-rich breakfast drink, providing good amounts of both dietary fibre (soluble and insoluble) and complete protein. Easy Mornings increases the feeling of fullness, making it great for those who want to reduce their daily calorie intake, without losing out on quality nutrients. This blend also helps to improve bowel movement. Children and elderly people who require higher fibre intake may also benefit from this easy-to-consume, pleasant-tasting blend.

GOLDEN FLAXSEED: Richest dietary source of lignans. Lignans are polyphenols which have powerful antioxidant and anti-estrogenic effects, and for this reason they have been suggested as a possible preventive measure for breast cancer. Flaxseeds contains high amounts of the soluble fiber, mucilage. Flaxseed mucilage has been found to improve blood glucose responses and cholesterol levels. Flaxseed powder is also loaded with vitamins such as B vitamins.

CAROB: Contains significant amount of calcium and is caffeine and fat-free. It contains no oxalates, thus improving the efficiency of calcium absorption the body. Carob is naturally rich in fiber and contains tannins which help to prevent harmful bacterial growth in the intestines.

CHIA SEEDS: Packed with Omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and dietary fibre. Chia contains 5 times more calcium than milk, and 34 times more antioxidants than blueberries. The seeds have about 20% of complete protein with all essential amino acids (EFAs) that our body cannot produce on its own.

CACAO:  Rich in Flavonoids, Polyphenols, Magnesium, Sulfur, Good Fats, Minerals and Vitamins. Flavonoid antioxidants in cacao have significant benefits for the cardiovascular system. Raw Cacao contains high amounts of bliss nutrients that lift one’s mood, for example PEA – the adrenal-related chemical that our bodies produce when we fall in love, and anandamide – an endorphin that the human body naturally produces after exercise.

BANANA: Low in calories, high in nutrients and fiber (both pectin and resistant starch), which helps to reduce appetite and keeps you feeling full longer. It is a good dietary source of potassium. It also contains antioxidants, including dopamine and catechins. In addition, it is also loaded with other essential vitamins and minerals such as calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin, riboflavin.

QUINOA: High-protein, high-fiber whole grain that contains all 9 essential amino acids (including lysine), B vitamins, folate, calcium, magnesium, a diverse array of antioxidants and many more nutrients; known for its high amount of superior protein (12-18%), which is higher than all other grains (50% more than wheat).
