Nature’s Superfoods’ Chia Seed Oil is obtained (cold-pressed) from whole chia seeds that are organically grown and sustainably harvested in the Andean regions. This oil is exceptionally high in omega-3 fats (up to 63%) and has an ideal balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids (ratio of 3 to 1).
CHIA SEED OIL: Chia Seed Oil is an excellent nutritive supplement with the optimal ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 (3:1 ratio). It is also a rich source of antioxidants like kaempferol, quercetin, caffeic acid which all contribute to the overall health benefits of this oil. Additionally, it also has various types of minerals and vitamins like B vitamins, copper, zinc, and iron. Chia seed oil contains no cholesterol.
